With custom programs, habit tracking, direct communication with a stretch therapist, nutrition guidance, community and challenges you can keep your overall wellness on track no matter where life takes you.
Consultations last roughly an hour and include a free full body stretch assessment.

As a business focused on being flexible and mobile we practice what we preach! We operate as a mobile business so we can be flexible on location. We have an office in Reston used for consultations and incase home isn't the ideal environment to relax and stretch out. This allows us to work with clients in home or office along with several partnered business locations. You can think of us as mobile mobility!!

For most of my life, I chased peak performance—pushing my limits in every arena from All-State in several high school sports to competing as a U.S. Air Force wrestler in the World Class Athlete Program alongside Olympians and World team members. I trained under elite coaches, followed rigorous conditioning programs, and lived with the discipline and pressure of high-level athletics. So when I herniated my back at 25 and was told I had the spine degeneration of most 60-year-olds, it felt like a betrayal. I had done everything right—yet my body was breaking down. That injury ignited a deeper question: Why did this happen despite everything I knew and did?
That moment became the catalyst for a journey into true healing. I went beyond basic physical therapy as the methods and answers they gave me were laughable, diving into deeper education—earning a degree in Exercise Science and accumulating certifications in Personal Training, Manual Therapy, Massage, Cupping, Myofascial Scraping, Nutrition, and Health and Wellness Coaching. What I discovered was a gap in the industry—quick fixes, poor movement education, and generic programs that failed to address root causes. Too often, healthcare and fitness systems treat people like parts on an assembly line to get you in and out fast to maximize their profits without genuinely setting up the client for success.
At The Chowa, I channel everything I’ve learned through both study and personal experience into helping others heal. I build practical, scalable programs designed to create long-term results for anyone—from elite athletes to everyday professionals dealing with pain. I keep things as fast, simple and effective so you can do the main stuff in the gym or at the beach no equipment needed! My goal is to help people move well, live fully, and reclaim the joy of being in their body—without fear that pain or age will hold them back. It’s not about being perfect. It’s about showing up, staying consistent, and choosing to invest in your well-being—because you deserve to enjoy everything this life has to offer.
